Any claim relating to Marc Hennes’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Membership
For a very limited time, a membership for the Egomute Zone is only $247 per month, before it goes up to $6,000 in the near future. If you were one of the lucky early birds that paid only $247 per month, you will never be charged more, your status will be a charter member. However, if you cancel your membership and re-apply, and the membership is now $6,000, the previous $247 per month will no longer be honored.
We do not give refunds after 30 days of starting your membership.
Also, you are responsible to cancel your membership subscription before the next renewal date if you no longer want to have access to the Egomute Zone by notifying us via email at support@marchennes.com, or you can cancel your recurring PayPal subscription by following the steps shown in the video below.
